It’s really too bad that spring isn’t a more sought-after season for senior pictures, because spring in Michigan is absolutely one of the most beautiful times of the year. This June, when the wild phlox came into bloom and I didn’t have any sessions scheduled, I was inspired and decided to make something happen! I invited one of my former senior clients to model for me, and we went to this amazing patch of pink and purple phlox not too far from downtown Grand Rapids. Gorgeous evening light illuminated the scene, and this was the awesome result. Oh how I love being able to capture beautiful scenes like this!!
