She had a look that could stop traffic.
She literally did stop traffic. On Monroe Mall. In downtown Grand Rapids. And it was an absolute blast!
Each Senior Portrait Experience is its own unique adventure, and Hannah’s was no exception! This Grand Haven High School Class of 2015 senior had a fabulous idea to see if we could capture her dancing in the middle of the street, which I thought sounded awesome! So while her mom stood at the end of the road to warn us of oncoming traffic, we dashed out onto the cobblestones and made it happen!
Hannah, an accomplished dancer, wanted senior pictures that combined her love of shopping, the urban, grunge look of downtown’s industrial district, and more of a vintage, indie vibe in an outdoor, natural setting. After some careful planning, we pulled it off and her images turned out fantastic!
Oh, and could she ever pull off the serious look. Wow!
Here are Hannah’s thoughts about her experience:
Because I am a dancer I really wanted a photographer that could do some cool action dance shots. Jennifer completely took on the challenge, and she did an AMAZING job. I was very happy with how they turned out! I really like how much time Jennifer took to really get to know me. She did a great job photographing pictures of my personality and who I really am, not just what I look like.
Also, I was so excited to get my makeup professionally done! Faces by Linda G did a fantastic job – just what I wanted. It made the experience more fun!
I loved working with Jennifer! She is the best!
