It’s hard to believe half a year has already flown by since I had the pleasure of photographing Courtney, Rockford High School Class of 2016! Here are a couple of details that stand out in my memory as I look back over her Senior Portrait Experience:

• Those eyes… so expressive. From serious moments to smiles, her eyes were absolutely captivating.
• Playing in a stream. She told me she’d love to get photos of her wading and having fun in water for her photo shoot, and I was determined to find the perfect place to make that happen for her!
• What a sense of style! Everything from vintage boho to city chic, with a little bit of elven princess thrown in for spice. Courtney looked amazing and comfortable in everything. And wow, does this girl know how to rock a hat!
• The lion statues. Even the best shoot gets better when my clients see something they like and say, “Please, can we take a picture of me with THAT?” Oh yes, THAT is when some of the best images are made – and for Courtney, it was the lions.

I loved working with you, Courtney! All the best to you in your senior year and beyond!
